My wife and I absolutely loved our stay there. Our hosts were always ready if we needed anything and the unit was well equipped. We will definitely stay there again!
Wow. I've travelled quite a bit and the stay at the roaches was the best by far. Jane goes above and beyond. Our stay was for 5 days. Our bedding and towels were changed, there was more than enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk for our stay. Home made rusks. Chocolates everywhere. Very private and safe parking. Thank you Jane.
So much attention to detail, stuff in fridge, sweets all over, coffee etc. plugs with adapters, DStv etc. Brilliant.

We stayed like kings. Luxury accommodation at a very low rate. Got much more than we expected. Very tasteful unit. Friendly hostess. If we have to stay in White River again we will not want to stay anywhere else. Will recommend The Roaches to all our friends for sure.
Such an enjoyable stay, the apartment is cleaned to high standards daily, the host is very friendly, but not intrusive and always a phone call away. An ideal spot to use as a base while exploring the Lowveld and the information file available is super useful.
Kept in contact with us, warmly welcomed, informed us of where everything was and assured us that they will be available if we needed anything.

We were warmly welcomed and felt at home from the start. It was super neat and comfortable. The food they put out for breakfast was more than we could use and the sweets were delicious. Had a great sleep and stay. Will recommend it any day and if we are in the area again, it will be our choice of accommodation.

Wow! Cosy, yet delightful and stacked to the brim with unexpected little surprises. The host, Jane, was very pleasant and inviting. The kitchen was stacked and had everything you wouldn't even have thought about. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and inviting! Wish we stayed longer!
