Our stay was fantastic. Breakfast was unbelievable.
The nicest stay, with buffet breakfast and friendly service. Definitely worth every penny!
The rooms are clean, spacious and tidy, but no area for business people to work. Breakfast was substandard, in the sense that all the bowls at the buffet were empty and it seemed that the staff and kitchen staff were unprepared for the large group of guests that arrived at once!
Overall stay was very good. The hotel parking was across the building which is inconvenient. We were also charged a parking fee of R75 per day which I was unaware of. The hotel showers are not properly sealed which causes water to overflow onto the bathroom floors.
Lovely hotel! Breakfast was amazing! The pool was awesome! I really enjoyed the stay. They did not provide robes/shower caps as listed in the description, so make sure to pack your own.
The one issue I had with the stay was the parking. You have to park across the road in undercover parking, and this is at an additional cost. Furthermore, the parking was full of litter. Yes, it is a shared parking area, but considering it is the recommended option and you pay for it, the hotel should ensure cleanliness or have a designated level which they can then keep clean.
Arrived early, no problem. The room was ready. Netflix wasn't working, but was quickly fixed after it was reported. Secure covered parking and friendly, helpful staff.
On the last day of our stay, the duvet had a drop of blood. We called reception and asked for housekeeping to come and change the bed. It took an hour for housekeeping to arrive.
