It was great, we needed a night to stay as we had to attend a birthday party nearby and didn't want to drive all the way back to East Rand. The place was a little small, but for what you're paying and getting, it's worth it!

What a pleasure it was to stay at Royal Prime? Wade was very accommodating with check in and check out times. The rooms were modern and clean. The private porch at each unit was a bonus. There was enough space outside for my 3 year old to play a bit. We will definitely stay here again.

The lodge is nice with safe parking. They also have 24-hour service. The maintenance program needs to be followed.
The management and staff went out of their way and made an effort to keep everyone happy and helpful. Rooms are small and a large person will struggle to fit in shower but everything was clean and tidy. Pillows could improve. Very safe and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
Might work if you include breakfast.

Was just hard to find the address in the evening because of the way the road is located and the way the plots are laid out.
Bathroom was very small and would have liked the provision of a hairdryer.
I did not experience the bathroom as too small like some of the other guests. It is quite sufficient with a large bath and shower. It is nice and private with each unit having its own fenced porch. The place is neat, and service at the gate is very fast. We had no problems checking in. I suggest putting glasses out with the coffee mugs. It's not nice to drink your water and soft drinks, or wine, out of coffee mugs. Cold water in the fridge would also be nice. We didn't get tea either, only coffee. Other than that we had a pleasant experience!

During load shedding, staff sat in offices with lights and air conditioning and there was nothing in rooms. Even when power came on, air conditioning wouldn't work. No toilet paper. Poor service from staff.

Their advertising photos per room are very ambiguous. Show bathtub in bathroom on standard room. Not the case. For single person overnight comfort fine.
The mattress was very, very soft. The soap dish was 3/4 out of the wall. The window handle next to the bed was broken.
Lots of noise from guests until late.
Our room had a leftover burger in the microwave. Kettle didn't want to work, and the WiFi reception in our room was so weak that it was not possible to use.
Secure parking and in a good central location close to the shops. Rooms very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
The accommodation is very cramped, especially the shower and toilet - their layout is impractical.
