Please note that noise is not allowed in any common areas of the building and the building has quiet hours from 22:00 to 05:00.Day visitors are not allowed.

Guests may strictly use the apartment for vacation purposes only. Should the apartment be used by corporate guests, these guests are not allowed to promote their business in any way or form in the building or on the premises.
