15 guests' feedbackThe only issue is: need more than 1 roll of toilet paper as well as no soap. No coffee, teas, etc. in the unit for late arrivals as all shops are closed for the next morning coffee.

The owner was welcoming and explained the rules of body cooperate. He also wanted to know how he can improve if there was any problems. My stay was great and definitely will book the place again.
The Sails is incredibly close to uShaka - we could walk to the beach and to marine world. Dez is friendly and ready to help. We had no problems receiving the key and we were able to communicate with Dez at any time.
Des is an excellent host and made every effort to help out when and where needed. The apartment was adequate for a 58, 27 and 10 year old. Just needed more lighting in the kitchen as it was hard to see at night.
Upon arrival there was a conflict situation at what you can describe as some kind of reception desk. After 5 minutes of standing they asked us what we wanted. The reception made us nervous about our reservation. After more discussions we got the key. The security guard who took us to the room complained to us about how difficult it is to work there with the body corporate and the apartment owners. They are not informed about the arrival and departure of intended guests. We couldn't get the TV to work.
The fact that you are so close to the Harbour is an awesome experience. The view was spectacular.
Room was very clean and tidy. Everything went smoothly without any problems.

The manager Des was wonderful, kind and super awesome, the service was great, my husband enjoyed his birthday at The Sails and would love to bring our family on our next stay for a longer holiday. Great job, keep up the excellent service.
