Neat, clean and everything you need.
The apartment itself was okay, but a bit worn in places. There was an ugly coffee stain on the couch. A big negative for us is that although it says in the write-up that one has to negotiate stairs, it should have been more explicit in that there are actually three flights of stairs to get to the top, which with heavy suitcases as we had would be a big tiring haul. Not to be recommended for mature people with heavy luggage. There was only one fan for the whole apartment, which has two bedrooms. This was not working. It was at least replaced promptly, but we had to find where Takealot left it as it was delivered the next day when we were not in the apartment. The entry instructions to the car park could have been more explicit, especially the location of where the keys were left. The whole affair is run from a distance and we never met the owner for the five days we were there.
Good day, we had a good time although there are a few things: e.g. 5th floor without elevator, we didn't know that. The address was difficult as we didn't know the building had a different name. Sunday morning we had to drive again very early and there was no power on the meter, so no lights, it was dark, we had to go down the stairs with suitcases. A bedside lamp would also have been a small luxury. No TV channels, nothing was connected. Otherwise the view is beautiful and everything was very tidy.
