Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were out of this world.
Friendly service and they are very helpful. Was very nice will definitely recommend them. And if we go that way again, will definitely stay there again.
It was like my home away from home. I will stay there again for sure. The breakfast was top notch. Thank you very much for everything.
I had a nice stay for two nights, and didn't lack for anything of note, and I wish the owner the best of luck with his/her plans. I will probably see you guys again for a next stay. In the meantime, hang on, take heart, and make your dreams and plans come true.
Jacuzzi not working. Parking is a problem. Couldn't sleep on bed, had to share 1 single bed with my husband.
Disappointing that the accommodation cost us double. We were booked by The Valley at Bogato B&B. At 18:00 Friday 24 March we had to drive around and look for a suitable place to stay. Would love to get my money back. As a professional who uses a lot of overnight accommodation, this was really poor service.
It was very quiet and peaceful. And private.
Friendly and helpful staff.
We just spent the night on our way to a further destination. Pietermaritzburg was not our final destination. The accommodation was therefore very far out of our way.
General health and safety is a a big concern. No pool cover or safety railing at the pool.
I had to book the place for a team of us. They were very happy with the friendly reception and were full of compliments for The Valley Guest House and Conference Centre.
Peaceful, clean, quiet, and we enjoyed every moment.
Was just very disappointed with noise, there are contractors there from 04:00 in the morning shouting and talking, so sleep was very little. Couldn't park in the garage during the day because they stop with vehicles and equipment all over the place.
Comfortable and well appointed. Would recommend as a single overnighter en route to a coastal destination due to the reasonable rate.
I had a very comfortable stay. Very safe, secure and helpful friendly staff.
