Reception staff very helpful and friendly, very nice location and safe. Will definitely visit there again.
We were kindly welcomed by the staff and everyone was very hospitable.
Friendly service and was always willing to help where needed.
No DStv, welcome drink, hairdryer or telephone in room as advertised. Receptionist and cleaning staff are incompetent to work with customers. Toilet needs a good cleaning. On reception there was no information received about our spa reservation. Had to beg for a hair dryer which I couldn't use because power plugs in room and some lights didn't work. But beautiful place, clean bedding, good night's rest and breakfast. Manager, Anthony, made a plan that we could also get a plate of food after menu orders close at 18:00 in the evening (we were not made aware of this on arrival). Location of hotel is far from any shops or takeaways. No milk in room for coffee.
Packed up and returned home despite the fact that Sunday was already paid.
