23 guests' feedbackEverything right, clean, tidy, safe. I inquired as to whether there would be room for our caravan ahead of time to which they replied yes. The person at reception let us drive into the premises and wanted us to drive behind the building. Fortunately my husband saw trouble coming and in the entrance in front of the caravan in reverse. With much difficulty we got out the next morning, but simply because my husband's abilities to reverse a caravan. Had it been a large caravan, we were in dire trouble. The site is not at all suitable for a caravan, and was also very full which left no room for extra space and space. They should have finally answered my inquiry that there is no room for the caravan for the night.
Next time please try to improve your Wi-Fi and install the generator, but everything else was good. Thanks for accommodating us.
Can't fault The Villa. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our attic room was clean and everything that was advertised was there.
Breakfast was nice with a wide selection, room was tidy, and the spa treatment professional.
The check-in process was simple. However, I had to wait until almost 2 for my room (check-in is at 1pm, I arrived at around 1:10pm). The unit itself was spacious and clean, in a lovely environment. I ordered the breakfast as an extra, and at R160 per day, it was hugely overpriced and nothing to write home about. There was a swimming pool in the apartment's area, but swimming during the day was not possible due to the gate being left open all day and also gardeners being around the whole time. The constant gardening noise was also a bit irritating, as if I wanted that, I could have stayed at home. The shower was horrid, with poor water pressure and it was just a hand shower hooked up that kept pointing the other way, so that was unpleasant. The spa itself was lovely, and I enjoyed my treatments there. It was relatively well priced. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there were some areas that needed improvement.
Generally great. Unfortunately, the hot pool was cold on the days we needed to use it. Cleaning materials in the unit are non-existent (brooms, mops, etc). The bath needs a bath mat. The shower is old and needs maintenance. Pots need upgrading. WiFi is good. The cleaning staff is great. The reception is very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have SuperSport on TV.

We arrived a bit late and were warmly welcomed and assisted to our place. Jeremiah is a very friendly and patient manager. The room was clean, The breakfast was great and the jacuzzi was pleasant. However, there was constantly no water in our room and that made our stay a bit unpleasant as we struggled to bathe. The towels in the spa smelled like mould also. Also the spa services.

The only problem is, it is situated between residential houses. We couldn't play the music.
Jacuzzi not working and they charge for it. Bed mattresses are in a bad state.
My bride and I started our honeymoon with our stay at the Villa Manor and Spa. Reception welcome was excellent and well cared for. Special thank you to Blessing for the phenomenal care and service.
