The place has comfortable large rooms.
Staff friendly. No towels, no cutlery or crockery, no bathroom light. Walls super thin; could hear the neighbours loudly. No chairs or table.
The facilities were not up to standard. The toilet, shower and staff were not friendly to help.
Everything was good but parking is a problem.
Thembick should improve on the water crisis, water went off and we struggled to bath. They should have a borehole incase water supply is disturbed from the municipality.
It was nice and the bed was comfortable.
The people are unfriendly, do not speak Afrikaans as they indicate. The inside of the rooms were vandalized, the fridge was off, so it stank, not enough cups and saucers, the microwave plug was far away, couldn't even use it. Bathroom has regular windows, no curtains or blinds. Porch in front of room is plain tiles, smooth when wet, air conditioner water runs on it. Single beds were mushy. Toilet paper had to be requested. Rooms were not even ready by 16h00 when we arrived there. Parking was not enough for the number of rooms.
