We had a lovely stay at Three Thymes Inn, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!
With the exception of a little frog under our bed, everything was perfect. The place was clean, and the breakfast in the morning was nice. The customer service was also excellent. There is, however, a need to improve WiFi as it was poor all the time.
Very nice and interesting place to stay and was kindly received by Reneé. Cinnamon room neat and clean. The sliding door cannot close properly and will need attention please. Suggestion: Soap to wash crockery and a water leak on the roof. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. Thank you.

Enjoyable stay, very helpful.
We were tired and frustrated looking for a place to stay for 1 night with our dog travelling from Upington. We just wanted to rest and did not make a fuss about the unit.
We did not receive the unit we booked. Our unit also had no hot water at all, we had to go to other units to shower/bath. Our unit also had no power, so we couldn't use the facilities.
It was beautiful, neat and safe. We had a very comfortable stay there. The room was very neat and beautiful. Everything we could need was there. The breakfast was also very good. It was nice and quiet and they are willing to plan with loadshedding if you need it.
Short visit, but nice. Unfortunately the fan didn't work, but otherwise it was pleasant.
We arrived not knowing were reception was, the lady threw her hands in the air like we should have known. Then when we spoke to her she was rude and impatient with us. Next morning we heard breakfast was included in price and we didn't know. So when we gave in the keys we heard that it was included and we missed the time slot, so now we have to pay. Communication was a problem. Overall the rooms were clean and nice. Thank you for that.

Our rooms were nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately there was a storm and the power was out. The gate couldn't close, there was no water and we had one cherry. I suggest they invest in a generator.
