8 guests' feedbackIf you want a peaceful and serene place to stay, this is definitely the place to go. Unwind and recharge. Hosts were lovely people. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.
Accommodation exceptional with everything one would need.
The stay was pleasant. We were given 2 single beds but a double bed ( as I and my husband was sleeping over ) was advertised. Also, the booking included breakfast, but the owners were not aware. Other than that, the stay was as advertised.
In general the owners were not what I expected as a customer. They were unfriendly.
We cashed in on the special offer, book 3 nights and got a discount. Lovely breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Was adequate for our needs. Beautiful garden.
Lovely room upstairs for the children, with a great view of the green belt on fields hill. We loved the cat!
Given the heat there it could have done with air con in the room. WiFi signal not always great. Room doesn't have a TV. For the price per night I expect a TV and air con in the room.

Robin's Thatch at Thrush Nest is a beautiful thatched cottage and in-room facilities comfy chairs for relaxing, table and chairs, a TV and decoder, Wi-Fi and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests have access to a shared pool, private patio and outside areas to enjoy. Enjoy the variety of birds who visit our lush gardens and watch them around the feeders and birdbaths. There are areas outside for smoking. Breakfast can be arranged at the guest house in advance.
