The thatched roof house comprises 3 bedrooms and a loft room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, as well as a bunk bed, while the second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. Three single beds are available in the loft, and the bathrooms are fitted with showers, baths, and toilets.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, an ice machine, and a reverse osmosis water filter system is also available for guests to use. The rooms are also fitted with air cons and a dishwasher is available.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and Netflix, and Wi-Fi access is available. The living area opens onto a lapa with a splash pool and braai facilities.
Undercover, lock-up parking is available for 2 vehicles and the property has a borehole water system with a filtration system. Die accommodation has a solar power system and it does not experience loadshedding or water shortages.
Braai wood and ice are available for purchase on the premises.
Marloth Park is home to a variety of free-roaming wildlife, and guests can cycle, walk, and do some bird watching. The town also offers basic facilities such as a liquor store, a restaurant, a bakery, a curio shop, and a petrol station, as well as a water park, and a putt-putt course.

Very cute place, enough space. Is nice with the solar and borehole, always has power and water. Kids enjoyed the WiFi and Netflix. The most beautiful animals and birds came to visit the house. Smart plan with the Jacuzzi and pool, when it comes to small children, can only close. Nice stay, thank you, Morné.
Great stay, place has everything you need. The power backup system helps a lot. Secure with rear lock and bars space for your vehicle. It's the owner's own house. Garden is beautiful and animals come through often.
Location is very good - not too close to other houses. The wildlife also visited daily and the kudus even stopped by the living room door.
With a borehole for water, a pressure pump for water pressure, gas heaters and stove and a battery back-up system for loadshedding, you can't go wrong booking this place. All you need!
Everything you can think of or need is there, would definitely go again. It is neat and spacious. Definitely a nice holiday home and well located.

Solar power, pressure pump, water purifier, gas stove and geysers make a big difference with load shedding. Quiet and animals pleasing to the eye.

House rules
- Sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Loud music, excessive noise is allowed after 18:00 any day of the week; fines will be issued and if the noise persists, guests will be escorted from the park.
- Fireworks are not allowed at any time.
- Spotlights, whether used on a vehicle or property, is not allowed.
- No littering whatsoever, and includes the disposal of cigarette butts which could cause fires in the park.
- No cutting down/collecting or trimming of trees and/or vegetation.
- No dry branches are allowed to be collected as firewood; please bring your own or buy at the shop.
- Guests are advised to not walk or cycle between 18:00 and 06:00 as predators frequent the park.
- Please do not hand feed animals, or feed them maize products such as bread, buns, porridge.
- The flying of drones is not allowed.
- No discharging of firearms.
- The speed limit in the park is 50 km/h on tar roads and 30 km/h on gravel roads; speeding is not allowed.
- No passengers are allowed on tailgates or roofs of any vehicles.
- No unlicensed and/or underage drivers are allowed.
- Quadbikes and off-road bikes are prohibited in the park.
- No drinking and driving, if caught, guests may receive a fine or criminal charge brought against them.
- Please extinguish fires properly after use, as it can cause veld fires.
