Tides also offer a fully equipped kitchen that flows to a living- and dining area that can be completely opened to the outdoor patio. The open-plan living allows for quiet moments reading or sipping refreshments on the patio and afterwards, heat up the braai and serve dinner al fresco. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and tea- and coffee-making facilities while the lounge features a TV with the DStv Stay package and a fireplace.
Wi-Fi is available at the premises. There is an inverter for power backup during load shedding. Pets and children under the age of 12 years are not allowed.

Paternoster was very busy on the long weekend which was nice to see. The restaurants were busy which was lovely to see. We will definitely be back!
A lovely house right on the beachfront with wonderful facilities, close to shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that only 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 3 nights in a house that sleeps 6 people.

What more could you want to wake up to the waves crashing on your doorstep. Most beautiful, modern and neat house that is fully equipped.
Very bothered by sellers of clams, lobsters and one even said he had abalone which is shocking and unfortunate. Also fishing boats that make noise at night and early morning on their way out and back.

It is a nice place but it is very noisy! It is right on the main beach where all the fishermen go out to sea. There are people all the time. The house itself is very nicely designed and the interior also tops. Location is the problem.
Lovely place with a beautiful view, but the riotous people who literally gather by your doorstep anytime of the day and night make it a very bad experience. We felt unsafe.
It was absolutely heaven on earth. We will definitely go to Tides again.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
When entering Paternoster, turn left at the four-way stop. The 'Stay in Paternoster' office is situated about 75m further, on the right-hand side of the road, at 87 St. Augustine Road.

Please note that a surcharge of R200 is payable should you arrive late as per our T & C’s.
Monday to Thursday: From 14:00 until 17:00
Friday: From 14:00 - 19:00
Saturday and Sunday: From 14:00 - 16:00
Public Holidays: From 14:00 - 16:00
Check-out time: Strictly at 10:00 on the last day of your stay, unless otherwise arranged. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R 200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check-out time.
Please remain respectful at all times.
Parties and loud music are not allowed. If you or your visitors misbehave, the host has the right to cancel your booking and ask you to leave.
