Very neat unit that is well equipped. Literally everything has been thought of by this host, who clearly puts the needs of his guests first. Secure lock up parking was available behind an electric gate and the unit is fenced with high walls. Beds were comfortable and linen was of good quality. The communication was good and during our stay our privacy was respected. As frequent travelers, we find many nice units, but rarely one like this, where literally everything was perfect. I can't think of any negative comments to give or advice to the host on how he can improve. Thank you very much for the effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Owners are hospitable and welcoming. Accommodation is well located, close to a swimming beach and close enough to main beach. The self-catering apartment/accommodation has everything you need and more.

Here one comes to rest in silence and away from the busy life. You walk into wonderful treats, specially prepared by Tinus, everything is beautiful and neat, everything is explained to you nicely, any questions are answered and you cannot get a better and friendlier reception. Nice break in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed.
Apart from the bedrooms, the living space is very limited. The availability of WiFI would have made the place much more complete.
The rate of R1350 per night is excessive in my opinion given the limitations of the boring basement apartment. We travel an awful lot and this place will definitely not make our favorites list. A more friendly and enthusiastic reception would go a long way.

Bedrooms spacious and enough storage space. Would like an alternative to boiled water during load shedding (gas plate) as it is the norm these days. Privacy was a big disappointment, neighbors can easily look out from their bathroom window onto outdoor barbecue area. It felt like I was asking a lost school friend for a place to sleep.
We only stayed one night, which is a shame because it's the perfect place to just relax. You have everything you need and it's pretty neat. Tinus is a very pleasant host and we had a great time chatting. I can definitely recommend the place and we will definitely use the place again if we are in Jbay again, and we need accommodation.
