Tinley Manor Beachfront KSV1 is a stunning self-catering holiday home located in a very special beachfront location. Here guests can wake up to beautiful views, have their coffee on the beach, go for a morning swim in the tidal pool, soak up the sea, air, and sun, then finish off their day with a braai overlooking the beach & breakers.

This house can comfortably accommodate 15 guests at a time and comprises 7 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and 2 lounge area. Upstairs, is the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and 1 single bed. These 3 rooms share the use of the guest’s bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Downstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. Both lounges are furnished with comfy seating, and a TV, and the 1 features a cosy fireplace. The house has an 8-seater dining table and a bar.

The house towers over the beach situated directly below and has its own rim-flow swimming pool. It opens up to a large deck with braai facilities, and outstanding views.
