The camp can accommodate up to 16 adults and 8 children. All rooms are furnished with 2 single beds, and 4 of these rooms are also furnished with a child-only couch for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, a lounge area, and a TV. This camp also features a lapa area with a built-in braai and a swimming pool.
Tjailatyd Bush Camp also has an air-conditioned boardroom for business conferences and company team-building getaways. Game drives can also be arranged with one of our game viewers. Guests are picked up at the lodge.

11 guests' feedbackTerribly nice for a getaway if you're a big group of friends. Also very child friendly. If there was a problem it was addressed and fixed immediately (Room 1's shower head just didn't work and they fixed it right away). Can see how we will become "regulars".
We booked for the long weekend however on arrival we were told that the generator is not functional and could not be repaired in time and we experienced severe loadshedding. The DStv was not functional at all and the staff could not assist. We had fish moths in the beds which we had to kill.
Everything and more we hoped for. Incredible place. Would definitely recommend.

The entire group of 22 was extremely surprised with the well-equipped Bosveld lodge. The visiting area is excellently furnished. The owners went out of their way to accommodate our group. The staff on site deserve an extra thumbs up for their friendly, diligent service. They eagerly did more than was expected of them.
We are a large family group with pensioners, teenagers and toddlers, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the privacy. However, some rooms were not properly cleaned and the general upkeep of the place was not 100%.
Old friends and family could enjoy the forest and nature with different places to visit around every corner. Beautiful rooms, 5 star for the forest atmosphere. Staff made an effort to keep it tidy and were so helpful. The wildlife guide was experienced and always on time. We come again!
We had a great time at Tjailatyd! We were 26 people who stayed comfortably in beautiful chalets and one big house. There is enough seating and seating to accommodate 50+ people for a day trip. The place lends itself to large groups of people and the place is very well furnished and there is a lot to do. Children had fun swimming, playing pool and enjoying the scenery. The zebras, nyalas and many other animals greeted us every morning. The staff come in every day to clean and they helped us a lot. The hostess Meril also went out of her way to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend Tjailatyd.
Wonderful camp for a group of people with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, neat and good quality. The staff is very helpful and friendly which helps to make the accommodation even better. The tidy everything so you can just sit back and relax. The only proposal I can make is put air conditioning in the rooms of the big house. Even though there is an air conditioning unit in the lounge is was very hot when we visited so the rooms were scorching which made it difficult to sleep. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The game drive was also worth it and we had good sightings.
The weekend was wonderful. The camp met our needs 100%. There was enough places to sleep for everyone. The bedding is clean and sufficient. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. They are definitely your biggest asset. We will definitely use the camp in future. The power went out on both evenings we were there. On the first night the generator kicked in, but on the second night the power apparently tripped, but we only found that out the following morning. I strongly recommend that one of the staff members sleep in when there are guests in the camp to be available in case of any eventuality.
The service was excellent, compliments to LekkeSlaap and Susan van Tjailatyd. We really enjoyed the weekend and it was a great success. Thank you very much.
