It is very quiet and there are no complaints. It is close to the sea and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at Topanga. Our unit was perfectly situated near the pool so we could watch the kids from the patio. Our sea view was stunning in the morning. We didn't want to leave.
We weren't in the apartment that much, but the time we spent there was awesome and the owner was very helpful. Only one complaint: there are an awful lot of cockroaches everywhere in the apartment.
Ideal for a getaway. Some fittings were loose and some missing in the bathrooms, though. The pin location should be the entrance gate as that is different from the exit gate and not easy to find the 1st time.
The unit was clean and very neat. The only issue we experience was that the bed wasn't comfortable. Please look into changing it. I would highly recommend the unit.
The stay was perfect. We received a warm welcome.
The problem I have is that I asked for 3 bedrooms, then, boom, 2 bedrooms. But it's great.

Was a lovely stay.
The establishment needs to have security because many guests were blasting music late at night and early morning. Some were consuming alcohol at the pools.
Things in the kitchen cupboards were not always so clean.
