Topanga 12, a newly furnished ground-floor self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Uvongo. The Topanga complex is just 200 m walking distance from Uvongo Beach, where you can enjoy a relaxing day at the ocean or go fishing. It is also close to a Spar shop, laundromat, restaurants and other shops.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests ( 6 adults 2 small children) and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed with a double-bottom and a single-top. The third bedroom contains twin three-quarter beds. The second bathroom contains a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge had a flat-screen TV with DStv. There is a lovely sea view from the patio, and a small garden area.

The complex offers 2 communal swimming pool and braai facilities. The pool area is situated very close to unit you can keep an eye on your children and no stairs needed.

Very secure with electric fencing and security.
