Were we surprised, so much attention was given by the owners to fully equip the unit for a very comfortable holiday.

- Guests please note that the airconditioning does not work.- Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked.
- We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
- No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
- No loud music, noise and parties are allowed.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
- All outstanding fees are payable 2 weeks before the unit is occupied during off-peak seasons and 1 month during peak seasons via cash, EFT and bank deposits.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
- Cleaning services are available at an additional cost during weekdays.
- The unit must be left tidy with only a few dirty dishes.
