House rules
- Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
- We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
- No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
- No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of day. Quiet hours are between 20:00 and 08:00.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
- The outstanding balance must be paid during the low season 2 weeks before the check-in date, and during the peak season 1 month before the check-in date by cash, EFT or a bank deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of each month, depending on which date is closest to guests' check-out date.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
- Cleaning services are only available on weekdays at an extra cost.
- Guests must please leave the unit tidy and the dishes washed before they check out.
