From the entrance hall, guests enter the main open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is available in the separate scullery.
Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Through the sliding doors by the dining table, there is an enclosed balcony with 2 single sleeper couches. The lounge has comfortable seating, as well as a TV and guests, have access to free Wi-Fi. The kitchen, living area as well as both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony that has a gas braai and boasts beautiful 180-degree ocean views.
Guests are afforded 2 parking bays in the basement and have access to the building’s communal facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a steam room as well as a guest’s lounge.
The apartment has backup power and therefore not affected by loadshedding.

Absolutely amazing!
Had a great stay in Topaz 802.
The apartment is extremely convenient in location and what is in the unit. Equipped for load shedding with emergency lights and a gas stove. Super fast WiFi and it works even when the power is off. Extremely private with elevator opening inside the apartment. Extremely secure parking and accommodation.
Good experience, location is great for viewing surrounding areas. Accommodation was also very good and well maintained, neat.
