My husband and I stayed at Touching Senses for almost 2 weeks while we were waiting for our baby to be born. The service was excellent and our cottage was kept clean every day. It is also located close to Mediclinic, which was one of the reasons why we initially chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend Touching Senses!

Everything I needed and expected! Rooms are clean and fresh with friendly staff. Perfect central location, which was quiet and peaceful.
Pity it was a hectic weekend waking up to leave the place at 05:00 and getting back late in the evening around 20:00 for the duration of my stay in winter. The place was welcoming, neat and spacious; safe and a lovely atmosphere of tranquility.

Very neat accommodation and convenient. Small things to improve on. This is a personal preference, but as a woman who was staying alone, I would like to know if anyone remains on the grounds permanently, like a caretaker. I went to dinner at 17:00 in the afternoon and when I got back around 18:00 it was quiet and there was no movement - which worried me quite a bit because I was alone. So I would recommend that one might just be promptly informed at reception whether there will be anyone else throughout the evening. The glass doors look very nice without burglar bars, but I would think that a different mechanism may be used than just the sliding lock on the door, as the guest house is in a busy street and neighbourhood. I think if there was a guard through the night it wouldn't have bothered me as much. But other than this, it was very enjoyable. I will book all rooms in the future when family accommodation is needed. The entertainment area is very nice for a whole family.

Pleasant, clean and good security.
We were a family of 3 adults and 5 kids. Our 2 rooms were next door to each other and both were very clean, cosy and modern. The design decor is upmarket and contemporary. The rooms have plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The enclosed courtyard was a great place for the kids to hang out and run around outside of the rooms but within eyes view. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for good value and upmarket accommodation.

Bloemfontein has deteriorated a lot for us. Especially in the Westdene area. So we were only concerned about our vehicle at the front on the side of the street. Although everything was under lock and key.

The room was exactly what we needed with a sofa bed that opened into two full single beds for our kids. The small kitchen area was extremely convenient with the most necessary items available. The bathroom was spacious with both shower and bath. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay for a whole week. The accommodation is close to everything in the city, but it is still quiet in the evening. Jeanette took good care of us and made sure our room was clean and tidy when we returned in the afternoon. If we needed anything, we could just ask. We are very impressed with Touching Senses Garden Cottages.

Rooms clean, neat and modern. WiFi was fast and worked well. Aircon was a big plus. The only problem I had was the fact that even though it's a self-catering unit (I expected a fully equipped kitchen), I struggled to prepare my own meals with what was available.
Would recommend and stay there again.
Parking space small and few, no provision for extra vehicles.
The entire experience, from reception to departure, was quick and friendly. Rooms were clean and smart; outdoor area clean and relaxing. The area was quiet, definitely does not feel like you are in the centre of a major city, and location of malls and travel routes was perfect.
Nice and friendly staff and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely re-visit.
