Room very smaller than anticipated very loud at nights, in the hotel parking wasnt included.
It was good. I can't complain, just struggling with the TV and the walls were full of marks. Need to wash the walls.
Our stay was really pleasant. The host is super sweet and kind. The place itself is everything in the pictures and more.

Melinda and Mark were most gracious in trying to work around us, but the intrusion and grouting dust on everything was not the quiet alone time we wanted. We understand it was an unexpected water problem and thus had sympathy for Melinda and Mark and their son who really were outstanding in striving to complete the bathroom for use. We are greatly, greatly disappointed that there was no apology or compensation, or attempt at placing us elsewhere. We have stayed there before and it suits our needs, but maybe not again. Flying into CT, we had no phone service for anyone to call us. Many efforts were made to finally get a number that someone could call die website for us. Something to improve your service overall: When people arrive at the airport, times can vary greatly. To assist the host greeting you, it is essential that they can contact each other.
We had fun, and the rooms where all clean and all we needed was provided. No complaint whatsoever.
Malinda, the hostess was so accommodating, I was able to check out much later than usual which was very nice.
There was a mouldy smoke smell or maybe the mop was not clean enough and left a bad odour in passage.

We enjoyed our stay at Tranquil Impulse on Strand, kids had so much fun since TV was equipped with Netflix, YouTube and DStv, they felt right at home. Apartment has everything that you need and hotel staff was very friendly. We will definitely book again.

Although staff went out of their way to accommodate us with parking, it would be nice if each room had a designated parking bay.
It was amazing, relaxing, kids enjoyed themselves especially with the DStv with kids cartoons that kept them busy.
We enjoyed our stay. Friendly host, clean place and very comfortable.
I would like to recommend that they purchase new pillows because what is there is no longer pillows. The small fridge still only cools, but doesn't even freeze an ice tray and we turned it off at night, because it makes too much noise, lacks gas. Other than that it was nice.

I would recommend that you change the description to inform travelers that they must park on the street. And that secure parking is available at an extra rate of R50 per day.

Everything was awesome and the service excellent.
We travel a lot for tennis tournaments and are always looking for places that are close to the tennis venues and close to shops.

Malinda the owner of the place was very generous. I loved her place it was nice and cozy with everything you need. Will definitely be returning. Everything is literally just there.
There are some morning noises, but all else is wonderful.
Hotel managers and staff not that friendly if you book privately and not via the hotel. Parking was an issue. Didn't have space for us to park undercover. Also there is a terrible smell in the hall ways. When you get out the lift the smell starts when you come out the room there is a smell in the passage.

We feel the bathroom needs some work and parking was a big problem.
When I searched for accommodation I searched for an apartment not a room with a kitchen. And the price I paid I was sure that I was getting an apartment not a room with a kitchen. The price you advertise now for 203 (585 per night) is not what I paid and if I new I was only getting a room I certainly would not have paid R953 per night. I have made use of accommodations a few times and have never been as disappointed in my accommodation as I was now.

Very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and lack nothing. Would just like to have a bit of a sea view and covered parking. But definitely value for money.
The weather was not that great, but the show went on. We really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival with the sweetest lady and it made our weekend. Thumbs up for the nices weekend
Place is run very good and very enjoyable with restaurant and bar with the very lovely and the people are very friendly.
