There are some morning noises, but all else is wonderful.
Hotel managers and staff not that friendly if you book privately and not via the hotel. Parking was an issue. Didn't have space for us to park undercover. Also there is a terrible smell in the hall ways. When you get out the lift the smell starts when you come out the room there is a smell in the passage.
Just mention in advertisement that the room does not have a sea view.
We will definitely book again and would like to stay longer because it was worth it to be there.
There was a mouldy smoke smell or maybe the mop was not clean enough and left a bad odour in passage.
Although staff went out of their way to accommodate us with parking, it would be nice if each room had a designated parking bay.

I would like to recommend that they purchase new pillows because what is there is no longer pillows. The small fridge still only cools, but doesn't even freeze an ice tray and we turned it off at night, because it makes too much noise, lacks gas. Other than that it was nice.

I would recommend that you change the description to inform travelers that they must park on the street. And that secure parking is available at an extra rate of R50 per day.
We feel the bathroom needs some work and parking was a big problem.
Melinda and Mark were most gracious in trying to work around us, but the intrusion and grouting dust on everything was not the quiet alone time we wanted. We understand it was an unexpected water problem and thus had sympathy for Melinda and Mark and their son who really were outstanding in striving to complete the bathroom for use. We are greatly, greatly disappointed that there was no apology or compensation, or attempt at placing us elsewhere. We have stayed there before and it suits our needs, but maybe not again. Flying into CT, we had no phone service for anyone to call us. Many efforts were made to finally get a number that someone could call die website for us. Something to improve your service overall: When people arrive at the airport, times can vary greatly. To assist the host greeting you, it is essential that they can contact each other.
The weather was not that great, but the show went on. We really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival with the sweetest lady and it made our weekend. Thumbs up for the nices weekend

When I searched for accommodation I searched for an apartment not a room with a kitchen. And the price I paid I was sure that I was getting an apartment not a room with a kitchen. The price you advertise now for 203 (585 per night) is not what I paid and if I new I was only getting a room I certainly would not have paid R953 per night. I have made use of accommodations a few times and have never been as disappointed in my accommodation as I was now.
Think upgrades could be made: Replace bath with shower, more attention to kitchen, include indoor parking in price. Had to pay extra for parking.
No sea view, huge disappointment, it was not mentioned in the advertising. The person who handled us deserves full marks.
