The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. The dining area has a lovely dining set for guests to enjoy their meals and opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a Smart 43-inch FHD TV with limited channels (OpenView only). There is uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled WiFi and a Smart TV so you can log into your own Netflix/other provider accounts. Guests can enjoy a lovely sundowner on the balcony, but no smoking is allowed on the property/balcony.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises by means of one open space within the confines of the walled complex (visitors parking) and one allocated single vehicle garaged parking (allocated to the unit itself).
