The benefit of care-free security does come with a bit of inconvenience since there is very strict security at the gate. Guests need to phone the owner to get in and out at the gate. If guests book a stay for longer than 3 nights, the owner will ensure that the guest can enter at the gate via their private phone.
The 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the owners' home and has a private entrance. There are steps leading to the private entrance and the peaceful garden. The first bedroom contains a double bed while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Both rooms open onto a balcony which overlooks the ocean and makes use of the same bathroom which has a shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, ice machine, washing, machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. Terribly nice stay. Everything was great, neat and very pleasant. The security at the gates is very good, too good in fact if I may say so, and sometimes a problem if you just want to get in and out quickly.
Unbelievable. Like being home only better. Everything you need and the view is breathtaking. You don't even want to drive around.
Great view and friendly environment. You have everything you need and the proximity to restaurants and shops in Mossel Bay is very easy. Perfect for golfers.
Very friendly hostess. Wonderfully equipped and comfortable unit. Single bathroom for the unit was perhaps the only small flaw. Very comfortable unit.
This unit is part of a residential house, but completely independent with its own entrance (bottom floor). It has the most beautiful 180° sea view imaginable and is very well and tastefully equipped. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are truly 5 star. The hostess is super friendly and helpful.
Had a great time there. Everything was in place as shown in the photos. Just a pity about the braai facilities that were not available.
The most beautiful place in a peaceful and safe environment and you can go for a nice walk. Centrally located and not too far from Diaz Beach.
Our stay at Tranquillo was really nice! Very neat accommodation, everything you need and more. The men really enjoyed the golf course and the breathtaking view and scenery was a bonus. Thank you very much Christa for your hospitality, will definitely want to come and holiday in Mossel Bay again.
We would want to stay here permanently. It's well-equipped with beautiful furniture and all of the electric appliances that you can think of. The view is great and the hostess is friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend them.
Tranquillo is a lovely place to escape to if you need peace and quiet. It's very comfortable, clean and Christa is very hospitable. The scenery from the balcony is truly breathtaking.
Our hostess received us very kindly. The unit is very comfortably furnished and everything that is needed and more is available at the self-catering unit. Definitely a place we will want to stay for more than one night next time. Beautiful view of the sea and a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful bird life.
