Additionally, there is another self-catering unit, Hamerkop, which can accommodate 7 guests in 3 bedrooms surrounding the indoor braai.
Game drives and horse riding can also be arranged at an additional cost. Outside is a boma where guests can have a great time together. There are also hiking trails as well as a large variety of game species on the farm. Please take note that there is no cellphone reception on the farm.

7 guests' feedbackThe most relaxing, comfortable, fun stay for me and my family. The kids loved the outdoor greenery and seeing the animals. It was honestly the best weekend getaway! Thanks for the lovely stay and we can't wait to visit again.
It felt like we were visiting a family's farm. The people are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Everything was clean and in working order when we got there. They are always ready and willing to help and come often and make sure everything is still ok. Will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed the weekend and it was nice to be a bit cut off from the rest of the world. You get more than you expect and will definitely visit again for a weekend.
There is a name plate missing on the main gate.
We were a group of 16 and booked the whole place. Uncle Rob was very helpful and the service was excellent. We arrived and left at different times and he went to great lengths to arrange the gate opening for us! The accommodation is well equipped, neat and clean. We will definitely go again! Ns: there is no mobile phone reception, except for some Whatsapp on MTN. He also helped us with WiFi when one of our group had a burglary at his house so he could make arrangements. Note that if you book the whole place: Hamerkop unit is not at the main lodge, but easily accessible. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
