No, I didn't. The venue is located next to a shebeen. Needless to say, you know what I had to deal with. I stayed 4 days. It was never asked if they could clean my room every day. They just assumed they could. I'm one of those clients who doesn't want people in my room when expensive personal items are out in the open. I make my own bed and keep it clean. I had to go and ask them to stop the cleaning service. The shower is incredibly impractical. Very low water pressure and the head cannot swing and more. No covered parking or shade. The hadidas messed up my car so much that I had to show up to my meetings with a badly messed up vehicle. The mop hair and garbage lay outside my door for 4 days.
Our stay was amazing. The staff were very kind and nice. We had an incident where our key was locked in and they immediately helped us. Such great staff. We will be back!

Everything is 100%. Maybe just put a stove in the kitchen for people who want to self-cater, but it's not a matter of death. Everything was fine.

The place is clean and tidy they didn't hesitate to move us to a bigger room that was available which we really appreciated. The bed sleeps incredibly well. We were at a netball tour at Affies Meisies and it's nice and close. Will stay there again.
We walked from the guesthouse to Loftus and back in the evening. Everyone there was very friendly. There is a garage not far from the guest house (also walked for ice cream in the afternoon) where we got pies in the late evening and a great variety of places to eat nearby. Safe environment and your car is also safe there.

Just one suggestion, if you are traveling with a person, I would personally prefer to separate the Toilet from the rest of the room.
Booked and paid for a deluxe room, doubt whether Room 2 is what I got? Very small with no chair at all. No cold water in sink. Maintenance lacking with several loose screws, i.e. on the safety latch/lock of the door and hooks in the bathroom. Bathroom very cramped with no floor mat outside the shower to catch the splashing water. The noise level on the evening of 28 Nov from inside and outside the main house was way too high.

The room we stayed in was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the air-con was a definite plus. I was able to park my vehicle in front of the room. Originally I booked the deluxe room, but it they had unexpected problems with the room, they opened a standard room for me and refunded the amount that I’d paid extra. My chamber for the evening was clean, tidy, and the whole guest house was just beautiful and very tidy. However, I arrived at the guest house early and was immediately helped with my room because I had to be in PTA early in the morning from Limpopo. I would recommend anyone to stay there again.

Friendly reception that makes a guest feel welcome and was available for my check-in and check-out and to open the gate (without any hassle). Guesthouse feels safe and is in a convenient area. Rooms are clean and tidy (although there are a few snags). All that is needed for a short visit is in the room. I would suggest that you bring your own coffee. I will make another booking with Triple9 when I find myself in Pretoria.
The guesthouse was always clean as all the time everyone working at the place did their job. The aesthetic of the place is exactly the same as you see in the pictures and very pretty.

Had to be in Hatfield for a procedure and is so close to the Urology hospital. We were able to get in and out of the guest house early. They changed our room so we have an outside door. It's a bit noisy in the corridor where we were first.
Great service. Neighbourhood just noisy at night. We were really happy with the rooms. Nice and clean, with all we needed. Service was friendly and great - they even refunded us for the one room that we did not use, due to one member of our travelling party needing to attend a funeral. My only complaint was that the neighbourhood is quite noisy at night. Seems to be some drag racing happening in the area, so we heard noisy cars and police sirens at night. Otherwise it was perfect. Good value.

The guest house is very well located, especially because no load shedding is applied. However, it is right next to a place to visit which is very noisy. The recommendation would be to offer more than one bag of coffee per guest and bedside lights would also be useful. Make the wall plugs more accessible. The boiler could not be plugged in, because the small fridge is against the wall. We got good service at the reception.
Tiled staircase between room and extension to bathroom and window (enclosed porch) is very neat but staircase was not marked and one of us almost fell down when entering. They responded quickly to our complaint and with available material immediately marked a meter of the wide landing and affixed 'mind the step' to the wall. The shower, tiny sink and toilet space are disproportionately small for the spacious room and without a door, exposing the toilet to almost half the room. No toilet spray or brush available. Hot water takes a long time to get to the shower and it's not clearly marked which way the hot water opens, so you're constantly wondering if you're wasting cold water. No snippermanje or bathroom drum, we had to leave waste on a pile. The mattress, linen and pillows were fresh and clean, but how do you sleep in January in Pretoria under a thick duvet and there is no top sheet? Four thick pillows give no choice of a softer pillow. No bedside lamps. We turned off the fridge so as not to hum in the room. The minimalism of the decor is cool, beautiful fireplace and beautiful wooden floors and old ceiling. Just sorry for what was lacking to make it convenient. Asked for extra coffee and it was generously provided.
The rooms were clean and tidy, but the environment is noisy and rules are not followed. We couldn't sleep. We asked before booking if we could get an extra single bed in the deluxe room and it was approved before booking and payment. However, it was not carried in and we had to ask for it again. Would be a pleasant experience if it wasn't for the noise every night.
I didn't realize it was just a room with a shower and toilet. No checking who drives into the gate. They open the gate for everyone. I have booked through many websites but unfortunately this one was the worst. Next time I will make more sure what accommodation it is. No door between the room and the toilet. There was only half a roll of toilet paper.
There was shouting in the corridors and outside from 6 o'clock.
