8 guests' feedbackWe really enjoyed our stay at Troas. We were kindly received and the breakfast was delicious. Our accommodation was spacious and everything was clean and tidy.
I used Troas as overnight accommodation near the Umfuleni Hospital, it is close, neat, clean and comfortable.
Clean, friendly, professional and safe. The rooms were kept spotless and as we had to leave early, we were treated with a breakfast to-go bag each that kept us going for the whole day. Thank you - we really appreciate your strive for excellence!
It looks like it's been years since any maintenance was done. Things are not cleaned between guests. The owner tries to separate long-term renters from day visitors whenever possible.
It only accommodates people who are traveling for business, chill areas are limited.
Very nice garden and friendly service.
We were threatened by owner that she’ll call the police for us. It would have been more appropriate if we were spoken to with manners if there was something wrong and owner didn’t like. Breakfast was okay but we were only asked if we eat bacon and not asked if we like French toast, some of the people that came with didn’t eat because they don’t eat eggs and our bread was mixed with eggs. Even though we might have been younger than any other person that booked at the accommodation, fair respect from everybody including management would have been much appreciated.
