A camping cot and a high chair is also available on request.
The kitchen, boasting a beautiful sea view, is equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering including a stove with gas burners and electric plates, an oven, fridge-freezer with an ice-maker and cold water dispenser, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery as well as pots, pans and a toaster. Children's plates and cups are supplied. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. There is a built-in, indoor braai with a 3-leg cast-iron pot.
The lounge has ample, comfortable seating, including a sleeper couch for children, as well as a TV with DStv, Netflix and guests have access to free fiber during their stay. There are sliding doors leading out to the wrap-around patio all around the living area.
The lounge leads to the patio with outdoor furniture including a dining table, 2 sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a fold-out awning, braai facilities and beautiful sea views.
There are modern washing lines and a hot- and cold water, outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach.
It is 3 minutes' walk to Grotto and Voëlklip beaches and can be reached via footpaths from the property. Guests can also enjoy whale watching, during the season, from the patio. The Cove is located right in front of the patio and guests can walk to Grotto beach during low tide via the beach.
The renowned cliff path starts from the front of the house, ideal for cycling or walking, and leads to the old harbour in the town.
There is free, secure parking on the premises for guests' vehicles, as well as a garden where guests can relax. The house features a modern alarm system, with a 24-hour armed response, as well as security shutters on all of the doors and the large sliding window.

Would definitely recommend Troon Beach Cottage. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much.
Loved it. I just have one feedback. We made a fire and the smoke was coming out of the chimney. It caused the house to be full of soot. Please have a look at that for future.
Only drawback was the construction next door but we were told about that beforehand and had a discounted rate.
The cottage is suitable for two couples - we stayed for the weekend with our son and daughter-in-law. It is well equipped for self-catering. The location is wonderful- views of the sea, and the sound of waves crashing is audible. Just lovely!

It is very beautiful, modern and clean, and we enjoyed it.
Accommodation is modern, clean, comfortable and has everything to comfortably spend a self-catering weekend / holiday with the family. The perfect place for a family. We'll definitely go back for a much longer holiday!
The house is amazingly clean and tidy and is furnished with everything one could ever need and more. It's an incredibly beautiful house and view. We were received very kindly. The house is also very child-friendly.
Troon Beach Cottage has quite simply everything you can think of. Neat with plenty of everything, glasses, cutlery, good quality linen, Netflix, WiFi, plenty of seating on decent sofas. Close to the beach, very well secured, swimming towels and thick luxurious bath towels. A nice indoor grill and plenty of space in the kitchen. This place is better equipped and more beautiful than most people's homes. The service was also very friendly and fast.
We had a wonderful stay on Hermanus and were able to have a nice barbecue and watch whales. Will definitely visit again.
