Accommodation is provided in 2 separate guest rooms and a self-catering freestanding unit. Each of the accommodations provided features comfortable beds, a bathroom fitted with a bath or a shower, and lovely views of the farm.
There is a historical stone fort at the lodge where guests can learn move about how Trumpetters Drift was discovered.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the on-site facilities such as swimming in the communal swimming pool, fishing, hiking, historical stone fort and bird watching. The communal areas are shared with other guests if the farm is not booked exclusively.
The 5000-hectare reserve is mostly made up of albany thicket and overlooks the Great Fish River. Kudu, Impala, Nyala, Zebra, Eland, Waterbuck, Grysbuck, Giraffe, and other antelope species can be found in the reserve. There are no large predators in this reserve, but there are plenty of smaller predators like blackback jackals, bat-eared foxes, and caracals.
