It was fantastic. And people were awesome.
Traveled with large 6m trailer and we found good safe parking. The reception was warm and Sybil went out of her way to accommodate us even though it was late.

Lovely place, convenient as it is located just off the N1, the room is small, but clean and has everything you need. Nice shower with hot water, the beds are comfortable and have the most amazingly soft sheets and bedding - feather duvet which is so nice - there is an aircon, TV, small fridge, kettle, tea and coffee - the only thing I feel was lacking was a small box of milk. I feel that for the price you pay, it would really be nice if they could at least provide a little 250ml box of milk in the fridge. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
Everything was very nice and clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. Maybe only the noise of the traffic that maybe bothered some of us a little, otherwise it was great.
Very nice stay. I only wish I had Supersport 1 on TV to watch the SA20 cricket. The WiFi couldn't connect at all, and the highway noise is a bit bad, but otherwise a great place.

We had a very nice stay. Although I booked for 3 adults the room was made up for only 2. After asking for extra towels etc this was done but still only 2 glasses. The WiFi is super slow and the download speed was around 1.2 MBps. But I would definitely stay there again.
The 'open plan' toilet might not be appreciated by couples. The steam from the shower requires an open window to ameliorate condensation. Which is not ideal when the weather rages outside (as it was raining strongly at the time). But these are minor issues.

No DStv, on-site management not able to resolve the issue. Owner not responding to the management calls.
Unit is neat and clean. WiFi is very slow and reception is not everywhere. Noise from the N1 is very bad and disturbing. There is little/no provision if the electricity is off during shift charging - no generator/batteries/emergency lights. The DStv has no sports channel to watch, for example, a rugby test, and no radio stations.

The room was spacious and tidy with a lovely bath and air conditioning. Parking was secure behind a high fence and electric gate. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and even though it is against the N1 it didn't bother us.
It was great to be received by Sybil, also her chat. The room was 100% and the breakfast was tasty and nicely served.

Tsessebe Guesthouse is highly recommended. Friendly reception and very tidy. It creates a peaceful yet safe atmosphere and is located in a good area. The N1 traffic next to the Tsessebe Guesthouse may seem a bit disturbing to some people.
Had a good night's sleep.
The reception went smoothly and our room was clean and ready on our arrival. However, that is only narrow. A very busy road passes right behind the guest house and made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was additional, but very well prepared and tasty.
Very disappointed as we booked a place to sleep over. Instead of a peaceful night, we had to listen for hours to a bunch of drunken men making noise until after midnight.
The accommodation was really beautiful and the service excellent, I recommend it to anyone.
Initially I had to ring the bell a few times before the gate was opened, but all the wonderful treatment that followed made up for it.

Maintenance is required. Door can't just close, you have to lock it, no double wall plug for bedside lamp. To use microwave, it must be disconnected from the other equipment, no plates and cutlery, taps left on. The bed was excellent with neat clean linen and firm mattress.
The location is around the corner from restaurants. The hostess kindly received us and was helpful. But I found the decor to be out dated and the furniture was pass their prime.
Road noise from the N1 meant that we could not sleep. Drunk gas causes noise on the floor where we stayed!

Thumbs up! Tsessebe Guesthouse is fantastically located. Everything you would need within a radius of 5km. The facilities are 5-star, clean, tidy and modern. The receptionist is friendly and definitely carries Tsessebe's guests on her hands. I can recommend Tsessebe to any family or couple.

The guesthouse is well located close to shops and restaurants and not close to the busy inner city. The main road is quite close, so you hear the traffic all night long. The guesthouse is very neat and comfortable.

It is located next to the highway so the noise of the trucks never stops. They invite guests over and hold noisy parties. I had to go out by 11pm and ask for silence. The upstairs room's sewer pipe runs through the room where we slept and every time they flush upstairs you hear it downstairs. The room door is made of smoked glass with no blinds and it lets in the outside lights and makes the room so light that no one can sleep. If I slept one hour it was a lot.
