Guests have shared use of a central area with a kitchen, an indoor and outdoor living area, and a boma. The kitchen is fully equipped with stoves, microwave, pots and pans, and cutlery and crockery. Each chalet will have its own fridge and cupboard in the kitchen. DStv and Wi-Fi are available in the central area.
The camp staff will wash the dishes, assist you with the preparation of food, make fires, help with the braai and generally make your stay comfortable.
Tshukudu Bush Camp also has a large playground for children, as well as table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Those who just want to relax can enjoy the viewing platform overlooking the watering hole.

Made to feel very welcome from the gate to the camp. Rooms are very well located and spacious. It's neat and I would recommend it.
Friendly, helpful and warm staff members.
Upon arrival we were welcomed. And the guide was there to ask what time we wanted to go on the game drive. The next morning we went for a walk with the cheetah. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.
What a nice getaway!
Upon arrival we were welcomed by a very cute security guard. He asked us where we checked in. I then showed him my booking indicating Cheetah. He used his 2-way radio to let someone know we were on our way. The security guard is 7 m from our accommodation and explained us well. When we arrived at the camp we were awaited by a domestic helper (staff). Because I'm used to it like at other places, I asked where the reception is so we can hear what happens for what and what time it happens. We got there at 11h45 so they must have known our time. I was approached by the maid and they asked me where we were staying and I showed them my booking which again showed Cheetah. I then went up the stairs to the wooden house with my 2 parents who are over 70 years old. It rained terribly over the weekend and they are struggling up there. I was very disappointed because I know with the website's photos it is always the same as we booked. We were then in the log house with a leaking roof and a very open house with ventilation with wire porch and doors and very cold. We walked through the place and the place did not look at all like what we had booked. It was full of mouse droppings on the beds and bathrooms and the curtains dirty and the shower heads dirty and sticky. I took the 2 old people to town to buy warm clothes. We then returned at 18h00 after eating something and exploring the town. We all took an early hot shower and my parents went to bed after a long day's drive from the East Rand to Hoedspruit. Around 20h00 I was outside by my car to make sure everything was closed when a light fell on me where one of the game wardens approached me. He then told me why we are in Cheetah and why we are not booked into the new place. My reply to him was I booked according to the photos and like any other holiday spot you can't just walk in and say I'm staying true. I also told him that the photos are not the same as on the website's home page. He told me we are welcome to move now 20h00 in the evening and I told him my parents are in bed and it is raining. How does a guy pull 2 pensioners in the rain and on those slippery stairs. He also informed me about that morning's walking route, so I told him my parents have trouble walking, we'll just go into the Wildlife Park and it's our choice what we want to do. So no I did not participate in his activities nor did the afternoon drive. Good thing too, because my father would have told everyone and what his feelings and disappointing experience were about the place.
