The beautiful location was just the beginning of a wonderful weekend. This location is close to many activities to do for the weekend. The place is clean and well-equipped. I would definitely visit again.

Our stay there was amazing. The place was very clean and easy to find. The service we received from the host was top notch. She gave us a map recommending activities and places to eat, which we used. We loved the accommodation, lovely nature and also the friendly staff. It is conveniently situated to visit all the surrounding sightseeing and adventure activities in the area. It is also a lovely mid-way stop between Cape Town and the Eastern Cape. We will definitely go stay there again.

From the smiling warm welcome to the tasty breakfast, a stunning view from the cottage overlooking the cows grazing to arranging to milk some cows and insightful recommendations on activities to do, we very much enjoyed our stay there. My sister and I would definitely go back there again.

We were welcomed very kindly. Blyplekkie is fully equipped with everything you need. Very neat and clean. Very convenient and safe. Even facilities for swimming and other recreational facilities. Only problem was drinking water, but we were provided with 5 liters of fresh water.

It's just the water that has so much iron in it, which doesn't always smell nice while showering.

Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The farm was peaceful and beautiful. Our kids loved it, and swam in the pool till sundown. The farm is central to most of the attractions in Tsitsikamma, and Storms River town is close by with restaurants and a grocery store, etc. A beautiful little town to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (including my teenage kids). Tsitsikamma Cottages is situated in a tranquil and serene setting with picture-perfect views. It is a stone's throw away from a number of popular activities. The host, Sian, was also very friendly and very welcoming. Excellent value for money.
The people were incredibly helpful and friendly. Also provided us with lots of information about the area. Our only recommendation would be for the kitchen ware to be replaced/upgraded. Pots, pans, cutlery were too old, didn't fit together. It just gives the wrong impression to people like us who like to cook. The fridge also looked a little past its prime. Worked, but again, to a guest it might give a bad impression. We will definitely come again!

Price of this accommodation relatively high for the value offered. Tourists looking for a farm experience may experience it differently. Ventilation in the unit is extremely poor. There is very little finesse in the interior decoration. Furniture gives the impression of being second-hand. Lighting is clearly aimed at energy saving but is inadequate for general use.
A stunning setting with lots to do and see. Centrally located to easily visit the surrounding towns such as Plett, Jeffreys Bay and PE. The swimming pool is a nice bonus after a day of driving around. Our battery has been recharged again for the new year. We will definitely come here again for a holiday.
Amazing location (peaceful, fresh air, great view and appreciation of nature). Staff goes the extra mile in service (extremely helpful). Informative concerning what is available in the area and neighbouring towns. Great for children (availability of trampoline and other playground games makes for an enjoyable experience for children as well). Should consider a mini stall of necessities for guests on the farm.

The accommodation is located on a farm in a beautiful environment with breathtaking mountain views. Reception was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the kitchen adequate. The fact that there was no extra blanket or heater available in the unit was a little disappointing.
Warmly welcome. Host and hostess are very nice and helpful. Beautiful farm with breathtaking view. Had a great time, but only encountered a few problems. Only got coffee bags on the first day (milk bag expired already in October), some of the kitchen stuff was not available as was on the list. Cleaning services are not done on weekends and holidays, this means our unit was only cleaned 2 times in the 6 days we stayed there. Ash drum overflowed and we had to go and buy our own toilet paper and dishwasher. Also bring your own toilet spray and hand soap, because they are not provided. Some of the windows cannot open and one window was full of spiders and bugs on the outside. Obstructed the beautiful view. No WiFi in unit, but only at reception. Also bring your own DStv decoder, because channels on TV are limited. The place has a lot of potential and if attention is paid to the small problems it will be an awesome place because it is conveniently located close to all the adventures. This is a beautiful farm if you just want to get away from the hectic life.

We had a very pleasant stay, it was quiet and very clean, also practical for self catering, however, do remember that it is a farm and there are plenty of flies, so do take some repellent with.

We arrived 3 minutes before closing, reception was still open and we were looked after in a friendly and professional manner. Accommodation itself was spacious, well furnished, many facilities and tidy with a lively view of a mountain. Sorry we couldn't stay longer but will come back again.

What was good: beautiful surrounding landscape, nice views, children friendly, friendly reception. What was not good: the general standard of our cottage was very poor, the beding was not clean, carpets mouldy, which made the whole cottage smell mouldy, braai grid dirty, jungle gym in bad condition and unsafe for children (e.g. rosty nails sticking out).

We were kindly welcomed at Tsitsikamma Cottages. Unfortunately there was no hot water in our unit, disappointing after a rainy day and the power was also off from early morning.
