17 guests' feedbackWe booked the room for 3 people but it ony catered for one.
The place needs an upgrade. The room smelled of mould. Loved the air conditioning. Photos need to be updated as the place has not been maintained. The pool area is still very nice. There was not enough cutlery and plates in the room.
Two single beds pushed together for a "double bed room". We booked a double bed room. In the evening we noticed with discomfort that there were 2 single beds with old mattresses that had been put together and then made up. There were also no knives or forks, or bowls, just 2 small teacups. Went to the lounge area where there was a dartboard but was unkindly told there were no darts. The inverter plugs didn't work either, so it's not ideal for load shedding. We called ahead about the Jacuzzi (that's what made us choose the place) and they said it was available. On arrival was told that it was only for one particular room. At least the reception was friendly and there is a large shower.
They advertise that they have dining facilities on site. They didn't. The closets are filthy. Half of the light switches don't work. Their staff are unfit and unable to communicate effectively in any language. You can ring the gate bell until you are blue in the face, no one answers until you call the office, then you get "push in gate code xxxxx" after which the phone just dies. The cleaning staff dig into your stuff and use your stuff. E.g. I have short hair and for safety as a rule I unplug my straightener after using it. I came back one night to discover that my straightener was plugged into another plug and there were long hairs on it. Never again. Absolutely pathetic. Not to mention the cobwebs in the bathroom, in the corners by the bed and under the chairs.
We we taken good care of the staff is friendly always available to help us with everything we needed, Mamo keep up the great work.

Quite satisfied with the accommodation. Everything I needed were provided. DStv is something to look at. In general, very happy.
Very nice, but kitchen not well equipped. There is a stove, microwave and fridge, but no cutlery or crockery. The upstairs room's stairs also make it a bit difficult to carry heavy bags up. Quite a fall risk. But otherwise really very nice.
There was no coffee or bottle of drinking water in the room. Well a cauldron that had no meaning. We traveled from Nelspruit and upon arrival we were quite tired and thirsty and soon wanted to sit somewhere near the guest house and have something to drink. The person who received us said that unfortunately there are no facilities where we can sit and do something useful. The linen and towels were clean and of good quality and the rooms were clean.
Was a nice place to stay, very friendly people and located close to everything we needed.
Shena and Mapulo were the best ever. They were so accommodating and kind.

The room was comfortable, there was just little space for turning around with the vehicle.
The shower was the highlight of the room. The TV's sound did not work.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tudor Lodge. I trained at Sage which was 1.6 km away from Tudor. Shina and Mapula were very welcoming and very friendly. Mapula made a delicious breakfast! Mapula really does an excellent job, I was very impressed on how helpful she was. I stayed by Tudor lodge on 2 separate occasions and I loved the rooms, they are so cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms were also very impressive. Thank you to Mapula and Shina, you guys are great.
