The family unit consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a cosy sitting/dining area. The 1st room is a double room and the 2nd room has 3 single beds. Each room has a roof fan, heater and electric blankets.
The rooms and facilities are all set in luscious gardens with many water features.
Meals are prepared daily for breakfast and dinner and can be enjoyed in our open plan dining room that leads to the beautiful garden upon request. The swimming pools and spacious garden layout creates a peaceful holiday atmosphere and is perfect for photo shoots or events.
The property also provides solar powered uncapped Wi-Fi, DSTV, smart TV's secure parking, security and the use of a communal swimming pool and braai facilities.

Staff are very friendly, professional and very helpful. Very nice stay, place very neat and clean. Top-shelf meals. Would stay there again anytime.
We enjoyed our stay at Tuishuis. We were a family of 5, so booked two rooms - one was self-catering - right next door to each other. In my inquiry, I asked for an extra mattress for the third child, which was provided. The rooms were clean and both had a fridge in them. We ordered dinner from Mr Delivery and ate at one of the tables in the garden. The gardens are lovely with some birdlife. The kids enjoyed running around and stretching their legs after our long drive from Durban. We were concerned about the frog calls at night due to the close proximity of the ponds but they were not intrusive. We are both light-sensitive sleepers, so the light outside our door did bother us at night - perhaps the curtains could have block-out or a thicker lining added. The breakfast in the morning was delicious especially the scrambled eggs. It is close to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again if we went back to Pretoria.
My daughter and I had a lovely stay there. The service was excellent, all staff very friendly and breakfast incredibly plentiful and very tasty. The tranquility of the garden and the singing of the birds was refreshing!
The service was above average, the sleeping facilities were adequate and the garden was incredibly beautiful.
Very good guest house. The self-catering unit we stayed in had all the necessary cutlery and equipment.
Double room was a bit cramped and very small, but otherwise everything was very nice and tidy.
The apartment was very neat. The well-tended gardens create a very peaceful atmosphere after a long journey. The quiet, peaceful atmosphere makes you forget that you are actually in a city.
