Erna advised us so nicely about walking routes and coffee shops! We had a great barbecue! True home-home experience. I enjoyed my first coffee in front of the bench on Tuishuisie's street side! True Karoo experience.
Coming from a big city, was a refreshing breakaway and relaxation.
Although Tuishuisie pertinently advertises that they have DStv, they only have a DStv advertising package and SABC. Internet was also only available from the 3rd day. Sheets were not changed at all the whole week and towels were only changed once after the 3rd day.
The unit has a very neat and clean bathroom with a quality shower. It is also fully equipped and very quiet so that a good night's sleep can be enjoyed.
Clean, welcoming, with all that a traveller needs. I'd recommend a shower mat to prevent accidents in the shower since it has smooth tiles.

The Karoo is probably one of the most wonderful things to behold, especially on a bike. Tuishuisie was a nice surprise after a long day in the saddle! Beautifully clean and very friendly reception! We got more than we paid for. We were also taken on a tour of the historical Dutch Reformed Church, also a wonderful experience. I recommend Tuishuisie in Murraysburg.
