Easy to find the place. Very clean and quiet place.

We had a very nice stay. The owner received us kindly. I would book her place again. All she can change is a sunshade or umbrella on the balcony. The gate motor did not work. The ashtray outside was broken. The carport's tarpaulin was broken. But beyond everything it is a beautiful place.
Our stay was for 3 nights. Unit nr 2 is indeed only suitable for 1 night. There was no mop and bucket, no daily servicing, only 1 small pot to cook food, and no pan. The steps are not suitable for the elderly, and the tiny fridge could hardly hold 25% of our cold products.
Host completely absent. Accomodation is adequate for a few days when one does not need to self cater or clean up after oneself. Fridge too small and no dishes to use in microwave. No electric kettel, only small one plate gas (which ran out). Stayed 12 nights. Only 2 rolls toilet paper provided and washup liquid for two days. Rooms serviced once and clean bath towels provided once. No mop or broom so one can clean oneself. Outside braai area completely overgrown and braai had not been cleaned. Noise from main house carries to room 1. Door to one of the rooms does not lock. Door to room one knocks all night when the wind blows. Blinds also knock when the wind blows. Remote on gate does not work and gate left open by people living on property.
As always, my stay was perfect with zero complaints. I've been staying there for two years, driving up and down. When I get there, I just feel so at home. You have everything you need. She also provides filtered water. My friend, see you soon!
Exciting. Therapeutic Pleasant by the sea. Garden Route is always satisfying.
The view over the sea is fantastic, the apartment/room is very comfortably furnished with everything you might need - also during power cuts.
We had a very nice stay. The unit had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Many mirrors that are convenient for fixing. The unit is close to shops, the sea and restaurants. The unit has a Smart TV with DStv and Netflix. There was also a generator in case of power outages. The room is more modern (bedding, art etc.) than in the photo. Tania is very friendly and accommodating.

Quiet and private with an elevated view of the ocean, sheltered and scenic.

Very small bar fridge's freezer section froze up and was unusable. Noise in the evenings from inside the main house was sometimes disturbing. Unit not suitable for older people who cannot climb stairs.
Very neat and clean overnight accommodation. Nice big bedroom and bathroom with mini kitchen. There was everything we needed. Generator was a bonus. Older renters should remember there are some stairs to climb. Nice view. We will spend the night there again.
Although we had a lovely room, we would have liked to see a small table with chairs in the room with a mini kitchen. Very neat and tasteful. Security is good and parking under a shade net.
Booked 2 rooms. On our arrival the rooms were not arranged. Hot water was not available and the one room's door could not be closed. There was no tea, but no sugar and milk.
Left day early. After parents left friday. All was poor.
Very friendly hostess. The unit is spotless and neatly furnished. Private porch with sea view. I was happy about the Trellidor at the door, so you can sleep with the door open and listen to the sea. I would only suggest that curtains with "sunblock" be installed, because the sun rises very early in the east! Really value for money. I will come back again!

I will recommend Tulip 14 to my family and friends. The hostess was very friendly and her son was also helpful. The cleanliness of the place was a bonus point.
We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was very clean and cozy. We were very happy that there was an electric blanket in the bed, as the second night of our stay was cold and windy. We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The beach is literally 2 minutes away. It is a very quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay very much.
It's really value for money and the customer service is the best. It's near the beach and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Jeffreys Bay.
The room was beautiful and clean on arrival, we even got to check in earlier. It was a bit noisy early hours of the morning, but other than that it was a great stay.
