The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, and the third room is furnished with a double bed, as well as a single bed. The house's location is great, even sheltered from the Southeast with large sliding doors. The house is furnished with everything you need and the fact that we could take our dogs with us was a bonus. But the location remains an absolute highlight!

The services and managing agents were excellent. We loved the location and didn't want to leave. It was very spacious, well equipped and just a stone throw away from the beach. We had every intention of venturing out to explore the town but found ourselves being between the house and the beach the whole time.
This was for us the best house and location so far on Betties. The house is practical, big, with a lot of character, and right on the sea with a nice big beach (Silversands). You can just see someone catch a galleon 30 m in front of the house at high tide! We rested well and enjoyed the beautiful view.
Terrific value for money. I cannot fathom staying anywhere else when visiting Betty's Bay again, and my family and friends concur. Super service from Lucille to boot.
The place is nice, but needs a touch up. Owners can look at giving the place a modern look that can attract more people and also have more pictures on the advert.
Stunning holiday home right on the beach. Gorgeous views and all the facilities you need. We will definitely be back, this is a fantastic breakaway destination. Very peaceful. Despite heat main bedroom was very cool and pleasant. You can eat at the dining table and open the sliding door and hear the ocean or relax outside with a snack. Braai area well covered and fireplace is a gem. The only real problem we had is that we have now been spoiled and as we travel at least once a month will be hard to find a place that matches this beautiful holiday home.

Please note that the fireplace is currently out of order. A gas heater is available.A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon reservation of the property, with the remaining balance due two days prior to arrival, payable into the designated bank account.
Payment of the deposit will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, thereby securing the reservation.
Upon arrival, the guest and their invitees must carefully review the Special Instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their invitees throughout the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and compliance with the rules outlined in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the owner’s property—including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items—will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon demand. Guests must notify Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages before departure.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool, wooden hot tub, or jacuzzi.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay, the property becomes unfit for occupancy during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.
The owner and Be in Betty's Bay reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if the guest or their invitees behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay.
Guests must observe the local quiet hours, which begin at 22:00.
