Nicely located, away from the city's noise. Numerous restaurants available within 5 km from accommodation. Shopping center also within 5 km radius of accommodation. Will definitely stay here again.

Noah was an amazing host. The big issue was that there is no back up for loadshedding as an establishment like this should have. We arrived and had no power. We went for dinner and came back to no power. We could not charge our phones, had no signal or WiFi and our rooms were extremely hot as we could not use the aircon. This causing us to not be able to sleep. All the meat I bought to take home with me defrosted.
Our host, Noah, was very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Safety - although one feels safe at the Lodge it is not a good idea to leave the gate open to the road - anyone can walk in or drive in and the forest is a good hiding place for crooks. Little maintenance things that might totally put other guests off (sink faucets loose and tub's bubbler option out of order).
The road to the lodge is bad.

The surroundings of our room were breathtaking, although it rained most of the time it was so relaxing, no rushing around. A big thank you to Noah - never ever stopped working and his knowledge of the surrounding area - including Elly's. I will definitely be returning with my husband to experience what I did with my bestie.

We surprised a friend for her birthday and saw elephants the next day and went to Maropeng, which was 30 minutes away. We arrived there after check in and were made very welcome by Noah who helped us pack and made feel at home. We had access to a nice fire where we could sit and chat privately. Close enough to nice restaurants and a petrol station and centrally located in Hartbeespoort. The next morning we had a delicious full breakfast with delicious coffee. I'd go back any day.

This was the 2nd time we stayed there, I fell in love with the place after the 1st stay and will never stay anywhere else when we go to Hartbeespoort Dam. This is fantastic!
Nice stay with friends. Quiet and peaceful and we were able to spend quality time together! Breakfast was also top notch.

Very neat and luxurious - Noah is a true host.
The lodge was very neat and intimate. There are all the amenities one would need and the host Noah was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We had a good rest, the area is very peaceful. It's a must to go to the Elephant sanctuary if you find yourself in the area.
Quiet and serene, Noah was a fantastic host, great accommodation.

Tuskers is a very nice place, I am disappointed because you can't walk anywhere, big attraction is that you are close to the stables, but you are not allowed to go there at all and not even hear the elephants, you pay a lot to to sleep here and I understand that you have to pay to 'interact' with the elephants but you can't walk anywhere, no TV in the rooms at all. We also had no hair dryer at all and water pressure was very weak. Noah was very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty.

My first impression was very nice. Noah was very kind. Compliments to the chef, breakfast was tops. My problem was - My bathroom has no hot water! For the price of R1300? My husband talk to Noah and arrangement for us to use the other suite to bath. What if the place was fully booked? No manager has come and talk to us or arranged something instead. It was my 50th birthday and not what I expected. I need an answer from Tuskers Bush Lodge please. Thank You.
