There are 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher for guests' convenience. The house is also equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and there is a fireplace in one of the lounges for those chilly evenings.
With our Merino sheep and cattle around the guesthouse, we regret we are not pet-friendly.
The nearby mountains are ideal for hiking, or guests can simply do a little bird-watching atop the nearby dam wall while enjoying the tranquillity of the Karoo. The Mountain Zebra National Park is located 93.8 km away on the R61 to Nxuba (Cradock) and the Camdeboo National Park. Visit the well-known Valley of Desolation which is 72 km away on the N9 highway. Nieu-Bethesda is well-known for the Owl House.

It was breathtaking to stay in this beautiful farmhouse! The house is very clean and tidy, very well equipped with everything you need, and promises an incredible visit under the stars! The new braai room is very neat, and the view is incredible. The house becomes very beautiful after seeing, and it's absolutely worth booking here!
Beautiful and tranquil setting. The host was very accommodating. Not in the centre of Graaf Reinet, but still a wonderful and well-preserved farm setting.

Excellent place to stay. The house is very well located. All necessary facilities and equipment were in excellent condition and clean. The dishwasher was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again. Next time we will stay 2 days to be able to experience the place properly.

We arrived at Tweefontein in heavy rain and mist. The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and well equipped. What a wonderful experience to stay in this lovely, traditional farmhouse with all its beautiful wooden floors and ceilings. It is an old, very strong and well-built farmhouse, so despite the wind and heavy rain, you couldn't even hear the outside weather. The little fireplace heated up the lounge and kitchen area, and the DSTV and WiFi were great with the miserable weather. Thanks to the host for the wood - which you just need to leave payment in an honesty jar. The closed-in braai room was appreciated too! I was a little bit nervous staying on a farm, yet felt quite safe. You have a padlocked farm gate with a security code on entry to the farmhouse. We will happily stay there again on our next trip through the Karoo and hope for better weather to take a walk to their nearby dam and enjoy a braai outside with the mountain view.
The location is just perfect if you want to get some peace and quiet. The house is wonderfully renovated and well put together with everything you need. We had the best stay. Liesel is a wonderful host.

The old house, built in 1836, has been very nicely restored. The house has plenty of sleeping space and is perfect for an overnight or longer stay.

This farm stay is straight out the top drawer. Beautiful furnishings and sparkling clean. A view of the veld and mountains that instantly drops one into a state of tranquility. Restful silence.
Wonderful renovated old Cape Dutch house with modern amenities and excellent linen and everything needed for a lovely five star stay.

A piece of gold. Picture nice house with stylish decor and modern bathrooms. Everything you need in a self-catering unit and more. Children can have fun running around and playing in the mud at the pond. One just cannot take enough pictures. Was there as a family with children and another couple. Had a really good time and will visit again.
