Enjoyed my stay, I did have complaints as they don't treat South Africans the same way as foreigners. The housekeeping is the best I have ever experienced. Amazing waitresses at the breakfast. A really special experience.

The room was noisy with dragging overhead and noise from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was poor, with incorrect and incomplete orders. Have given feedback at check out, but only the manager was too busy to address it.
Everything was nice, from the picnic in the mountain, the restaurant to the swimming pool. Best of all was that the staff went out of their way to accommodate any request and even greet by name. 5 star service, but of course at a 5 star price.
Normally us normal SA citizens do not get the opportunity. With Covid we had an opportunity. Twelve Apostles was that.
