The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, great food. Great service overall.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. Just at one time for a while you could hear the pipes in the walls making noises.
Rooms are nice and spacious and convenient but the linen is very old, especially the pillows are of bad quality. Bathroom wasn't very clean, under the sink all of the pipes were dirty with dust and spider webs. Cleaners wash the floor but don't look under the basin for dirt. The shelves in the cupboard was full of dust. Shower leaked in the corner and there was a lot of water around the toilet and the bathroom floor was wet after you showered.
Would recommend this to anyone - very nice!
Only 2 problems: On check in they were not able to find our booking at first. And we only received 1 roll of toiletpaper for 2 people for 4 days.

Clean, not all channels on TV as advertised in room brochure. Was only in Tzaneen for one night, more than enough.
Room was without power, but was helped with a new room, friendly workers and good security.
We were placed on second floor and braai area is very far from rooms. Window bars are broken. Then they put us on the ground floor. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Shower's van broken and a very sharp corner which is dangerous.

I had a complaint about the rooms being too small and not having double beds in them and the lady on duty immediately made a plan to help us.
Reception and staff were warm and friendly. I had a challenge when I had to stay another night, but they accommodated me without any hassles. I also needed to do laundry for my son as he was going back to hostel on Monday morning and I was assisted with that as well. Thank you very much for the wonderful service. For the money we paid, our room had an aircon, fridge and heater (if needed) and that for me was a wonderful thing. The room was clean and had nice decoration. It is quite safe as well.
It could have been worse, but we won't stay there again. The place has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of work and an upgrade. Service was not the best.
Clean and tidy self-catering units. Only negative comment is that the ceiling fan is noisy and very disturbing if you want to sleep, however, this is a small thing that they can easily fix. Would recommend the accommodation to anyone.
Units have been neglected regarding upkeep - for example: broken drawers. Only gets cleaned on the surface. Breakfast area leaves a lot to be desired and is not value for money. Lacked supervision and control. What is the restaurant used for, because breakfast isn't served there. Without a GPS I would never have found the place. Place is open and doesn't feel safe. People on duty are friendly and helpful.

The room was great and the breakfast even better. Only problem was that when we needed to shower, their was no more warm water. You are sharing a geyser.
Room without air conditioning was very hot. There were cockroaches in rooms. Roof fan only works when light is on.

Cozy in the sense of being peaceful and enjoying a good night's rest. Great air conditioning as well as neat rooms. Will see me there again if I need a place to sleep in Tzaneen!
We only stayed one night. We were given a room with four single beds instead of the one with the double bed, which I had booked.
We had a much better overnight experience here three years back.
Very friendly staff. Rooms clean, but not luxurious.
1) After the unit was cleaned, food disappeared from our fridge. 2) Not enough parking space. After we arrived late they wanted us to park our vehicle outside. 3) After cleaning the unit, they did not lock the unit. 4) The self-catering unit is very basic equipped. 5) There is not enough hot water. I had to shower in lukewarm water 5) The cleaner wanted to lock the door while I showered.
