The house can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom. The other one is common to the other bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 8-seater dining table and chairs. The first formal lounge contains a fireplace. The second lounge is a TV lounge. The dining area opens to a sundeck with outdoor lounge furniture and a Weber for a braai as well as a little backyard garden. The house has a dishwasher as well as a little laundry room with a washer and a dryer.
The house ideally sleeps 6 people in the three bedrooms but, if needed, the TV lounge can be converted into a sleeping area by converting the sofa in there into a single bed for one.
The house has a dedicated and secure parking garage for a mid-size sedan (height restriction, width restriction but no length restriction) .

Centrally located, value for money, owner and management were very helpful.
What a wonderful old apartment, in a beautiful setting! Close to many attractions. An old spacious home. Wonderful large rooms. Beautiful, durable crockery to use. Everything you need like sunlight soap, washing powder, garbage bags, toilet paper and many more. Our vehicles were too big for the garage as it is a station wagon and a 4X4 but even though we parked in the street it was very safe. With us there was no emergency, but one night I heard an alarm go off and the security cars was in the street within seconds and thoroughly investigated - very satisfying for one's mind. I recommend the house to anyone, and it also works very nicely with the kids in the TV room with the TV and nice big bunk bed. The apartment is definitely a 10 out of 10. And suitable for all families. The R3,000 deposit is not too much at all for all the valuable equipment in the house, and I had no problem with the down payment. Thank you so much to the host for the wonderful help and assistance with w / app any time of the day or night. You will definitely see us again!
The location made traveling easy. The only thing that made us feel less at home was the list of things we needed to keep in mind not to "ruin" if we wanted our deposit back. . From a practical side, white couches should be removed, because accidents happen quickly. This made us think twice before using the lounge area. . The house was spotless with everything we needed. The stay just felt very stiff.
This place is near perfect for a stay in Cape Town. The location couldn't have been better. The bungalow is a beautiful, heritage house along a quiet, leafy street and yet it is a 2 minute walk to the Green Point Main Road with its vibrant, trendy, cafe-styled streets and urban village lifestyle, and our favourite ─ Mojo Market ─ is a short walk away in Sea Point. A further few minutes' walk down the road, you get to the famous Sea Point promenade and its amazing beaches and rock pools. We felt that when you stay here, you don't really need to rent a car as most places of interest are a quick Uber ride away, but we rented one anyway to be able to drive to the Winelands and Cape Point and the secure garage space was really convenient. The internet-TV and the super fast Wi-Fi kept the kids busy while we barbecued on the lovely front patio. The house itself is huge, sunny, airy and quite cosy and has three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The patio is sunny and relaxing and a great place to barbecue. There is a little garden backyard which is refreshingly green and provides a shady spot for a hot afternoon. My two little boys had a gala time living in this secure and family friendly place. The hosts, who live a few streets away, were super friendly and communicative all through our stay and even left a bottle of wine for us ─ a lovely little touch. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Cape Town and cares about a friendly, easy space in an excellent location.
This is truly a beautiful place. The only thing I'm unhappy about is the large security deposit. I feel it is not highlighted clearly enough in the quote.
