Needs to have WiFi. Also, the shower floor is very slippery. Everything else was great and well kept.
Excellent self catering unit with fantastic BBQ, pizza and socializing facilities and a full DSTV package which I was able to use to watch the Olympics. Good parking space. The only negative would be if there are two couples staying together, because there is only 1 bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The place is very neat, clean and comfortable for a family of 4.

Truly animal friendly with enough space for our 3 dog children. Owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was top quality. Daily cleaning of unit and fresh towels every day. Quiet and just around the corner from shops and eateries. Fantastic value for money.

Uitspan 5 is a lovely clean, tidy and well-equipped apartment. Walking distance from St Lucia's main street. Michaela is very friendly and was always available. Would recommend it to anyone.
Just be well aware that it is a ground level apartment and you might have to put up with unruly neighbours upstairs. The braai needs serious attention to improve the draft if you don't want to smoke everyone out!
We had a great time.
The place is pet friendly and I mean really pet friendly - we even found water and food bowls in the kitchen cupboard! Totally secure for the pooch, totally secure parking, spotlessly clean and with daily service and frequent towel and linen changes - we thought we were in paradise. Excellent value for money - we will be back!
Clean, comfortable, safe and close to everything. Would stay there again for my vacation anytime. The air conditioners are a bonus for the muggy hot days.
The stay was very nice and the place has everything you need. My only suggestion would be that there would be more than 2 plastic chairs on the porch. It is well furnished and my dogs felt welcome!
It's nice if your vacation can start with good organization. Booking in at 14:00 and then out at 10:00 will always be a pain. I know it's just the business, but as a vacationer you always feel that money is wasted just to sleep over for a night.

Very cozy and everything you needed was there. I wouldn't want to stay at any other place than Uitspan 5. Of all the other units, squad 5 was the best.

Great accommodation that met all our expectations. We and our 2 dog-children thoroughly enjoyed it.
We decided on Uitspan 5 because we wanted to take our Miniature Schnauzer to the beach for a vacation and they are pet friendly. It was the ideal place for the three of us. It's comfortable with attractive furniture, but isn't the type of place where you're afraid your dog will damage anything! The apartment is close to town and we were able to walk to the restaurants and to many of the attractions. The place also has a lovely, private braai area.
Very nice place. Premises very safe for our dogs that we took with us. Could pay some attention to the crockery and cupboards that were not completely clean. But we really enjoyed our time.
