If in the opinion of management, you and your party exceed the maximum designated capacity of your unit, you and your party may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may be charged to you.
Please respect all guests by not making noise. No loud music, especially after 22:00. If guests do not comply, they will be asked to leave the premises.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not "split" the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you've not abided by these requirements, you and/ or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation, and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.
Smoking in units, on patios, or any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and/ or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.
No liability is accepted whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities and public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government.

6 guests' feedbackService is good but unit needs attention. Showers are poor and do not work well. Sliding door broken and could not close. Get rid of the monkeys. They get into vendors and vandalize the apartments. You have to close everything, even bathroom windows and then everything stays damp and wet. Also very nice.
Very nice holiday. Staff at reception extremely helpful and friendly.
Children enjoyed the activities and playrooms. Staff is very friendly. It's just a pity you don't see the sea of unity. But definitely a lovely relaxing break.
Nothing wrong with apartment, parking a problem, no specific parking space. Far from als and sea view very limited and far.
There were chicken bones by the pool for over 24 hours, there was a boerewors sausage on the floor in the hallway that the cleaner constantly walked past and eventually picked up and then there was a spilled drink and garbage in the foyer by the elevators for most of the weekend. The indoor hot tub stand and the water were very dirty so that eventually we couldn't stand it much longer and got out. Lastly, the beach and the restaurants are very far, so it is quite a walk to get to them which is highly inconvenient if you don't have a car, was not impressed at all. Will not be back. On the plus side the staff at reception was very friendly.
Parking is a serious problem. Children were constantly running up and down the corridors and shouting. Neighbors are very noisy no respect for others rest time. No view stared up at a banana tree.
