The villa has a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a large American fridge, a 5-burner gas stove with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The modern and tastefully decorated living room boasts full view over the bush and is equipped with a big screen LCD TV with DStv, free Wi-Fi, games and a small library.
The splash pool and terrace offer stunning views over the bushveld, and there is an additional swimming pool at the estate. The large garden secures guests privacy and attracts all kinds of wildlife, such as warthog, impala, but also occasionally elephants or nocturnal animals like leopard and hyena.
A carport is available for 2 cars, there is also back-up battery system in place that is used during loadshedding.
Laundry services can be arranged with our house manager on request at an additional fee. Linen, towels, hotel toiletries and basic condiments are provided. The house has an alarm system.

Friendly Personal service from owner and staff at Umoja, they ensure that your stay is wonderful. Luxurious accommodation with everything you might need, and then you can still enjoy nature from the veranda. If you want to rest this is the place!! Definitely going to visit there again, we saw elephants, impalas, grebes, ibex, mouse dogs, squirrels, a rabbit and a lot of birds on the one afternoon we spent on the veranda. Lovely pool and lots of places to hang out. Full and correct directions were received and the rest of our party who arrived after dark were received with the same friendly service and escorted home.
We had a wonderful time in the house. The place is very well maintained. Beautiful view of the pond in the evening with a cocktail. We will stay there again! Very good value for money.
