umThiba Bush Lodge is a private setting in the heart of Kuleni Game Park , a natural sand forest adjacent to Phinda game reserve, in close proximity to St Lucia World Heritage site. The comfortable lodge allows the visitor the opportunity to experience nature and wildlife at its pristine best from a deck chair on the verandah or while walking the many nature trails that traverse the diverse indigenous bush and grasslands. umThiba is fully equipped for self catering and is suitable for couples as well as groups of family and friends.

Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms suited to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. Three of the rooms feature a queen-size bed and the 4th bedroom features twin single beds 2 mattresses for 2 children. Other facilities in the unit include 2 en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a TV with DStv.

The unit also comes equipped with a boma with fire pit, swimming pool, braai area, a spacious open verandah, and garage for 2 vehicles.

The park is home to wildebeest, giraffe, warthog, zebra and a large variety of antelope and with the abundance of birdlife is a bird watcher's paradise.
