House rules

Only the number of guests who booked the unit are allowed to stay at the unit. No additional guests are allowed without prior arrangement. Maximum number of guests should be 4 at all times.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed. If such happens, security has the right to remove you from the property.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 22:00 so as not to disturb the neighbours and other residents.
No pets are permitted on the property.
Towels, hairdryers, and other amenities are provided for your comfort. Please ensure these are left at the property when you check out.
If there are any breakages during your stay, please inform the hosts. This helps them to make sure that the inventory is always kept up to date. For any damages occurring during your stay, it will be for your account and settled upon or prior to departure.
Please make sure the property is secure and locked before leaving.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please take care when opening and closing the blinds.
Kindly ensure the lights are off when not at the unit.
Please leave rubbish in the refuse room as leaving it in the hallway will result in a fine. There are refuse rooms located in the underground parking area. To access the parking area, use the elevator on the left and go down to -1. When you exit the elevator, turn right, use the tag to open the door and walk towards the garage vehicle entrance door. The bins are to your left.
Use the elevator and go up to floor 1, which is the floor the apartment is located on.
